James joined SK/AD in September 2023 and brought with him an extensive background in building performance calculations. He works within our Energy Team, where he assists our clients with both domestic and non-domestic energy assessments. Alongside these assessments, James plays an important role assisting our customers to achieve their project requirements, be it Net Zero Strategies, Planning Requirements or Section 7 Sustainability Assessments.

James is also one of our qualified Psi Value assessors and has provided both 2D and 3D assessments for a number of manufacturers and architects. In addition to his roles in the Energy Team, James is one of our qualified airtightness and acoustic testers.
