Holiday Cabins

As part of a modular build project, the client requested a series of 4 small holiday pods for those who visit the Isle of Skye to take advantage of the beautiful landscape. The pods rest along the Strait of Kyle Akin, Loch Alsh, perched on the riverbank. Simple flat roof, vertical timber clad self-sustaining designs allow the pods to be built off-site and transported into position very easily.

The team were appointed to design a modular design for holiday cabins. The cabins have different finishes to a set layout given a more cost-effective but attractive holiday home. The cabins are designed to provide private accommodation with views across the countryside. These timber clad, flat roof pods create a grand holiday home.
