Our client came to us requesting additional living area and level access sanitary revisions for their home. The proposal was restricted in its development due to site conditions, however this single storey rear extension answered the brief and offered the client an excellent reading area with large north facing glazing to the existing lounge. Level access sanitary considerations is a warranted requirement and should always be taken into consideration for an adaptable home, especially within older properties
