Kestrel Avenue extension

This single storey wrap around extension proposal gave the client additional uninterrupted living areas to the rear of the property. The client loved to bake and entertain, so a linear extension was proposed to incorporate a larger kitchen and adjoining dining. Early consideration was given at planning, concerning the required split and construction restrictions for the proposed vast opening, reducing the first-floor disruptions and potential down stand.
