Our client approached us with the proposal of converting an existing penthouse property in Dunfermline to a split-level apartment with roof extension and additional flat. The roof top extension was self-sustaining and lightweight in construction. Flat roof, Siberian larch timber clad with hidden bracket profile settles into a sensitive conservation area very well.
