Lumsdaine Drive Extension
Lumsdaine Drive Extension
Our client came to us looking for a simple creative solution to a common problem. They hoped to achieve additional ‘kick your muddy shoes off’ space when entering their home. Two designs were proposed to the client, one of which proposed adding to the very bare primary roadside elevation, which would allow the client to comfortably achieve their desired space with a standing seam wrap around, hidden gutter, staggered profile timber clad gable. The second proposal was to incorporate the existing entrance and remain within restrictions, utilizing similar material profiles. A flat roof design with timber clad and stone base course to match existing was preferred by the client.
